We are looking for a young person with a recent degree related to Computer Science who together with the University Libre de Bruxelles will carry out a research project to create an Description Logics based biological information system.
The candidate must posses competences of design and development in Java; knowledge of Semantic Web technologies; good control of the English language.

ECONOMIC AND SOCIAL SCIENCE

We are looking for a young graduate in possession of a Master of Economics that will research in the field of Semantic Technology.
The candidate must posses a good humanistic culture and familiarity with formal logic.
In addition competence in the use of common IT products such (Microsoft Office etc) is requested.  It is not necessary to have ability in IT (such as programming languages, software design etc).

We are looking for a young graduate in jurisprudence that can demonstrate experience in the protection of intellectual property, to who will be entrusted a research in the field of methods for the protection of knowledge.

ARCHEOLOGY/ANTHROPOLOGY

We are proposing to entrust to a young final year university student in humanistic's a graduate thesis provisionally titled "The Magic Square of SATOR represented symbolically in the golden section".
Other new examples on the most famous ancient palindrome put in relation to the "divine proportion" (Nautilus, l'enigma dell'impero, Osvaldo Rea, ISBN 88-901473-9-3).
There exists the possibility to describe the knowledge on the golden section using text? Is it possible to formalise this inside an OWL ontology?
